Our sales audit dives deep into your data coming in from customer contracts. This includes a meeting with one of our representatives who will go over the data that was gathered and let you know if your company is beating market trends, how each sales team is doing, and what to expect in the coming months as markets develop. We will also give advice on sales tactics if your business is in need of training or an audit of your sales team if needed.
New Market Analysis ($2,500 Per Market) –
Our analysts will look at new markets that your company is wanting to expand into. This will include an analysis of the competition in the area, what portion of the market your company can feasibly take based on your current operations and give recommendations on the best way to enter a market (physical presence, heavy marketing or door to door).
Current Market Analysis ($2,500 Per Market) –
Our analysts will look at your current market and give recommendations on how to expand your market share. By looking at competition, marketing practices and availability of new customers we will give you recommendations to optimize markets where you already have a presence.
Sales Team Audit:
This is a single time audit of a specific sales team or individual, get a complete picture of what the team or individual has done over their time with your company. This audit allows for a team to be impartially evaluated on their actual sales performance as well as their pipeline. After this audit your team should be well educated on the next steps concerning the team or individual. With this audit advice can be given on what next steps should be taken with the specific team or individual. This audit is complimentary with your Monthly Sales Audit.
Operations Analysis – $1,000 Monthly
This service is meant to help optimize the business processes that let your company run. Your consultant will learn your processes, who takes care of each task and what potential bottlenecks are in the process. Then they will present a new program for your company that allows you to utilize your current staff to their fullest or recommend adding more staff in areas that need more help. This service is a part of the monthly Sales Audit/Analysis but can be purchased separately for a single audit, if the Sales Auditing/Analysis is not needed.
Digital Document Creation – $100 per Document
Take your hard documents and recreate them digitally in your preferred digital document signature platform. We suggest a software like Docusign as it is accredited and easy to work with.
